A former minister of aviation, Femi-Fani Kayode has on Sunday sent an open letter to President Muhammadu Buhari.
On his verified Twitter account @realFFK he claimed that Nigerians believe that Buhari is a sadist and his heart hard as stone and his soul black as night.
Femi-Fani on his Twitter account wrote, "Mr. President I am constrained to tell you that some believe that you are a sadist! They believe that your heart is as hard as stone and your soul is as black as night"-
