In good and in bad times I'll remain in PDP, says Atiku

Former Vice President, and  Presidential candidate for the Peoples Democratic party (PDP)  Atiku Abubakar, has on Wednesday said he stand fully with his party, The Peoples Democratic party (PDP) in good and in bad times.



Atiku who was defeated by President Buhari in the 2019 Presidential election claimed that the election was rigged by Buhari and his party The All Progressive Congress (APC).



On his verified Twitter account @atiku he said these four ideals have been missing from our borders for a while, and all freedom-loving Nigerians ought to henceforth work together to bring them back. So help us God.









According to Atiku, the greatest desire, and one he hope to see again in his lifetime, is that Nigeria will fulfil its potential as the land of Unity and Faith, Peace and Progress.





Atiku noted that this nation has gone through despotic times before, and Nigerians have survived them and thrived. "I am very confident that this history will repeat itself," he said.



The Former Vice President said he  stand fully with his party,  the Peoples Democratic Party. In good and bad times, we must continue to be the object of hope that the Nigerian people have for their escape from the prevailing despotism and despair that has gripped almost every aspect of our national life.









According to our correspondent (Eric Patrick) Atiku said that tough times never last, but that tough people do.



He has urge the people of Imo and  Nigerians not to give in to despair, adding that soon the country will be a better place for all.
