According to a transfer update released by football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano on Friday 21 July, Nigerian defender Ola Aina will sign a two-year contract as a free agent at Nottingham Forest.
Romano said the defender's deal also includes an option for one more season until June 2026.
Aina will undergo regular medical examinations in consideration of a move to a Premier League club as a free agent.
The 27-year-old left Serie A side Torino at the end of last season following the expiry of his contract.
His arrival brings the number of Nigerian players at the City Ground to three, including Emmanuel Dennis and Taiwo.
