Sam Smith Rocks white Skirt And Matching Tank Top For NY Stroll With Rumoured Boyfriend

 

Sam Smith was spotted taking a stroll in New York in a typically eye-catching outfit alongside rumoured boyfriend Christian Cowan.

The 31-year-old  British singer kept cool in the hot summer weather by wearing a white pleated skirt with a matching vest. The London-born hitmaker teamed the outfit with tan work boots and gold necklaces. 

The outfit showed off Sam's array of tattoos on their arms and legs and they sported a scruffy beard for the occasion. Fashion designer Christian, meanwhile, went for an all-black look, featuring an oversized top and shorts.

Sam and Christian have sparked relationship rumours in recent months after being spotted out together on a number of occasions. This year the pair have attended Some Like It Hot on Broadway and New York City's Pride together - though they are yet to confirm they are dating. 

Despite their high profile romances, Smith prefers to keep their love life out of the public eye.

'I've never really kind of played by the rule book. I love people and whoever I fall for, that's who I fall for. I don't know who that's going to be,' Sam told The Sun.

'Now I don't know what gender they will be, to be quite honest, and that's a freeing thing - to not be limited to one category of person. I just fall in love with whoever I fall in love with.'
