A former minister of aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has said on Monday that it is too late to call for restructuring in Nigeria.
Mr. Kayode, made this statement on his verified Twitter account @realFFK.
Fani-Kayode, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, said the call coming from the elder statesmen, is rather too late now.
Femi Fani-Kayode claimed that those that opposed restructuring at Aburi in 1967 and waged war against Biafra, namely Gowon, OBJ and TY Danjuma.
According to him, these people are now calling for restructuring.
However, the former minister said that the truth is that restructuring is too little, too late. The new kid on the block is known as self-determination and he cannot be denied.
Nigeria must be divided, Femi Fani-Kayode said.
