Two little children trapped in a building as a fire out-break looms and burnt down a two storey building in Ile-Ile, Ketu bus stop besides Polaris bank in Lagos state.
According to residents, the caused of the fire is of a result of gas cylinder that exploded.
Our correspondent (Eric Patrick) gathered that the two children trapped in the burning building were rescued by residents but sustained some injury and taken to the hospital speamspe speaking with one of them.
Speaking with one of the trapped child, name (unknown) told THEWATCH NEWS that when he came back from school and was hungry, he decided to prepare food for himself and his junior one he said.
However, men of the Lagos State fire service operatives arrived the scene and the fire was put down but before they could arrive, the building had already burned down.
"Properties worth millions of Naira was allegedly destroyed by the fire," said the landlord.
According to our correspondent, this will make the second time tenants living in the building will be experiencing fire out-break.
