Ondo State has reported three new positive cases of coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total number of infections in the state to seven.
The state governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, announced this in a series of tweets on Sunday.
He disclosed that one of the new cases was one a suspect arraigned in a court in Akure, the state capital on Friday last week.
We have confirmed three other cases in Ondo state. One of the cases involves one of the recently arraigned suspects in the murder of Mrs Funke Olakunrin, Pa Fasoranti’s Daughter. pic.twitter.com/RySBusjuow
