An individual in mufti is seen trying to sustain and prevent him from plunging headlong into the torrent.
@Gidi_Traffic is convinced that the man is drunk, but it has not been able to provide the exact scene of the incident or confirm the identity of the man.
@Gidi_Traffic had tweeted: “A drunk Policeman endangering his life in the flood.”
