A Nigerian man, identified as Uzor, is currently on the run after stabbing his younger brother to death for allegedly disrespecting his girlfriend in Onitsha, Anambra State.
THEWATCH NEWS gathered that Uzor’s girlfriend (name unknown) had reported Emeka who is the younger brother to Uzor for always insulting and disrespecting her especially when she visits their home.
However, this triggered a disagreement between the two brothers that leads to the death of Emeka.
According to an eyewitness, Uzor angrily picked up a dagger and ran after his younger brother with the threat of taking his life.
Before residents could intervene, the suspect had already stabbed his brother to death.
However a source told THEWATCH NEWS that all effort trying to arrest the fleeing suspect have not been made as the Nigerian police have started a serious search on him.
As of the time of filling this report, the fleeing suspect girlfriend was arrested and handed over to the state police for further investigation.
